These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter "User", "Member", "Player", "you") and pin4d (hereinafter "pin4d", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gambling and sports betting platform accessible at https://pin4d.click and any associated subdomains or applications.

pin4d is an online gaming and sports betting platform serving registered members in permitted jurisdictions. The platform offers sports betting, live casino games, 4D lottery products, slots, and related gaming services. All services are conducted in English and denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless expressly stated otherwise.

By accessing the platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms unless the context requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the pin4d platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and must continue to be satisfied throughout your membership:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. pin4d strictly prohibits access by any person under the age of 21. Age is verified during the KYC process. Any account found to have been opened by a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds held subject to review.

• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or with restricted legal capacity are not permitted to register.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted a maximum of one registered account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order, either through pin4d or any other gambling operator or regulatory body that prohibits your participation.
• Not a pin4d Employee: Current employees, contractors, directors, or agents of pin4d and their immediate family members are not eligible to maintain active wagering accounts.

To access real-money services on the pin4d platform, you must complete registration and, prior to your first withdrawal, complete the KYC verification process. By submitting a registration application, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

The pin4d platform is provided for personal, recreational use only. You agree to use the platform in a lawful manner consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place wagers, claim bonuses, or interact with the platform in any manner not permitted for human users.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such winnings are considered void and subject to recovery.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to match-fixing, arbitrage betting schemes, or coordinated bonus abuse.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, chargebacks, or use of stolen payment instruments. pin4d cooperates fully with anti-money laundering (AML) investigations.
• Creating multiple accounts or assisting another person in creating an account for the purpose of circumventing account-level restrictions, self-exclusion orders, or bonus eligibility limitations.
• Accessing the platform in a manner that places excessive load on platform infrastructure or that interferes with other Members' experience.

pin4d employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where violations are identified, we reserve the right to void affected wagers, suspend or close the account, and withhold any balance pending investigation.

All bonuses, promotions, cashback offers, VIP tier rewards, birthday bonuses, and referral payments offered by pin4d are subject to individual promotion-specific terms in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds carry a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be met before withdrawal eligibility. The specific multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) is stated in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only unless stated otherwise.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a bonus is active, a maximum single-bet limit applies (typically MYR 250–500). Bets exceeding this cap may result in the bonus being voided without notice.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette typically contribute 10–20%. Specific rates are detailed in promotion documentation.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses expire within the period specified in the promotion terms (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days from credit date). Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• Bonus Abuse: pin4d reserves the right to withhold, void, or reverse any bonus or associated winnings where evidence of systematic bonus abuse, arbitrage, or manipulation is identified.
• Referral Program: Referral bonuses are credited upon the referred Member completing a qualifying first deposit. Fraudulent referrals, self-referrals, and duplicate account referrals will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and potential account suspension.
• VIP Birthday Bonus: Birthday bonuses are credited once per calendar year to the verified birthday date on the Member's KYC document. Requests to alter the registered date of birth will not be processed.

All wagers placed through the pin4d platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant betting market or casino game, in addition to these general Terms. Specific game and market rules are accessible within the platform at the point of bet placement.

pin4d is committed to operating a responsible gambling environment. We provide tools to assist Members in maintaining control over their gambling activity. These tools are available at no cost within the account dashboard.

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately upon setting and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Alerts: In-platform notifications are available to alert Members when their active session exceeds a self-configured duration.
• Voluntary Self-Exclusion: Members may request temporary self-exclusion (7 days, 30 days, or 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Member's account is suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Reality Checks: Members may activate periodic on-screen reminders displaying session duration and net gambling activity.

The minimum legal age for online gambling participation on pin4d is 21 years. This requirement is enforced without exception. All content, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, data, text, and other materials forming part of the pin4d platform are the exclusive property of pin4d or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No element of the platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, displayed, or transmitted in any form or by any means without prior written authorisation from pin4d.

Your access to the platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: (i) sublicence platform access to any third party; (ii) reverse engineer or decompile any platform software; or (iii) use platform content for commercial purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pin4d and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, expected winnings, or opportunities arising from platform unavailability or technical interruption.
• Loss or corruption of account data resulting from events outside pin4d's reasonable control, including network failures, cyberattacks, or acts of God.
• Any decisions made by a Member in reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or editorial content.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers (Touch 'n Go, Maybank, CIMB, DuitNow, FPX, etc.).

pin4d's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by pin4d's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

pin4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable promotion-specific terms.
• Provision of false or fraudulent identity, payment, or other information during registration or KYC.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, match-fixing, bonus abuse, or other unlawful activity.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable dormant account policy.
• Instruction by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• The Member requesting voluntary self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon account closure, any verified real-funds balance (net of outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of all applicable AML and KYC checks. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure unless the closure is initiated unilaterally by pin4d without cause.

The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data by pin4d is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, pin4d collects personal data for the purposes of: account management and identity verification; payment processing and fraud prevention; regulatory compliance including anti-money laundering obligations; responsible gambling monitoring; and improving platform services. We do not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

You have rights in respect of your personal data including the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances, request deletion of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address set out in Clause 16.

pin4d reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect Member rights or obligations — pin4d will provide reasonable prior notice by way of a platform notification, email to your registered address, or prominent announcement on this page.

The revised Terms will specify the effective date from which they apply. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 12.

Minor amendments, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not substantively alter meaning, or updates to reflect operational changes, may be made without advance notice. The current version of these Terms is always the version published on this page, identified by the "Last Updated" date.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which pin4d's operating licence is issued.

In the event of any dispute arising between pin4d and a Member, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be achieved through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, to be determined by pin4d at the time of the dispute.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive or interim relief from a competent court where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
